Festival 2012 was a huge success with 80 + workshops, 20 or so performances and the large scale village events that people from Alrewas and surrounding have come to love so much. The Street Market in Post Office Road and the Finale on Walkfield were highlights and we were delighted to see the hundreds of people who attended.
The beautiful and inspirational 101 Oddfellows project - what a journey! The excitement, trepidation, laughter, trauma with photographs on paper that was to thick and Peter Coates coming to the rescue with his A3 printer on the pasting day. Fun times indeed. Click on the box to see the final result and and films of the beautiful son et lumiere on All Saints Church to music composed my talented Maya Whatton. Thanks to Jim Ralley for the kitchen table chat that inspired it all, Elaine Dolman for helping to finance, John Brown for his wall climbing skills and so many more people who helps, not least all of the villagers who donated their faces!
