A Cut Through Alrewas
"A Cut Through Alrewas' was the first of the oral history films produced by the festival team. The original idea came from the then Chairman, Graham Sellors, who was going to perform it in the form of a play. However, he teamed up with local filmmaker, Peter Ralley and produced this 50 minute film looking at the history and development of the Trent & Mersey Canal from Fradley Junction to Wychnor Bridge.
Copies of the DVD are available now or from the box office all through festival week.
