Open Gardens Weekend 28th and 29th June

The Festival stand was outside the shops on Saturday and Sunday morning. There were lots people and many names booked into 'Have a Go' workshops. Committee members were identifiable and resplendent in Festival T shirts and the Signing Sheep made a guest appearance attracting new and familiar signatures. Wendy organised a tombola and mini quiz book which will help raise funds for the festival. On Sunday afternoon the stand moved to Post Office Road as an information point ,and it was lovely to see passers by stopping, smiling and picking up leaflets in spite of the rain.

Sallys garden attracted lots of interest and Mike O'Brien's  beautiful ram and a stag in pride of place in the garden.  Mike and Liz Ogilvie are working on a new project for this years Festival. More news of this soon!

All Saints School Fayre Sunday 8th June.

A fantastic afternoon! Wonderful weather and lots of people.

The festival stall was manned by Sally Paula Bert and Emma.

There were poetry books on sale, the draft programme to look at and discuss and there were some activates for the kids and adults.

Sally gave the signing sheep a make over and during the afternoon we had more that 60 signatures.
