Submissions
Art Exhibition
The exhibition will be in the Methodist Hall on Post Office Road during the week of the festival 23rd to 30th August.
There are no charges or commissions but donations to the festival would be appreciated.
The exhibition will be manned at all times but we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage, so you may wish to insure your own work.
A maximum of 3 items per exhibitor, in any medium. We will display as many as space allows.
Please label your work clearly on the back with the following information:
Title
Medium
Price, if not for sale please label NFS (not for sale)
Your name
Address
Telephone number
Paintings are hung using picture rail hooks so they must have suitable cord securely attached from two eyelets or we will not be able to hang them.
Your work should be brought to The Methodist Hall on Friday 22nd August between 10am -11am
You will need to unpack your work and take away any packaging.
If your work is sold we will indicate this with a red sticker and you will be given the buyer's details to arrange collection and payment after the exhibition.
Please let us know if the buyer is collecting.
Your work will be available for collection from The Methodist Hall on Sunday 31st August between 10-11.30am

Alrewas Arts Festival 2014 : Photography Exhibition
The photographs can be of whatever, or whoever, the class title suggests to you.

5. The Art of Reflection
Let us see your photographs of the art within our lives.
The Rules
Photographs to be left with Elaine, 5 Furlong Lane, Alrewas by Friday 15th August There is no rule on the number of photographs which can be entered
Black and White or Colour photographs are both welcomed.
There is no maximum photograph size, but a minimum of 6” by 4” is preferred
All photographs should be mounted on a thin piece of card which provides at least a ½ inch border all around the photograph
Please put your name and address on the back of each photograph

Short Film Festival
This will our ninth Alrewas Short Film Festival. Films submitted will be shown throughout Festival week and on the festival website during and after the festival week. Submit films on disc as MPEG, AVI or MOV, no DVDs please, to Peter Ralley at 9.Post Office Road Alrewas by
