The exhibition will be in The Methodist Hall, Post Office Road, Alrewas during the week
of the Festival, 20th - 27th August.
There are no charges or commissions but a donation to the festival would be much appreciated.
The exhibition is manned at all times, but we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage, so you may wish to insure your own work.
You may submit a maximum of three items per exhibitor, in any medium.
We will display as many as space allows.
Please label your work clearly on the back with the following information:

Paintings will be hung from picture rail hooks, so they must have suitable cord securely attached from two eyelets or we will not be able to hang them.
Do let us know if you are planning to submit any items that are large, heavy, or particularly fragile.
Your pieces should be brought to The Methodist Hall on Friday 19th August between 10am and 11am
You will need to unpack your own work and take away any packaging.
If your work is sold, we will indicate this with a red sticker and contact you with the buyer's details for you to arrange collection and payment after the exhibition.
Please let us know if you make any arrangements with the buyer to collect.
Your work will be available for collection from the Methodist Hall on Sunday 28th August between 2pm and 3pm
